I'm sorry if you were only addressing your current followership, but if you were referring to the Newgrounds community in general, then their rating habits suggest that they are 'very okay' with NSFW-art. I mean, we don't have an age-rating system in place for nothing. If somebody is not comfortable with seeing that kind of content looking at it anyway is 100% on them. ;)
That being said, some artists are uncomfortable revealing that kind of art to their friends, family, co-workers, etc. So creating a second account for it 'could be an option' if you are worried how your various acquaintances will take it.
Oh this was more so for my acquaintances since they know me from elsewhere. It was more so that I haven't made any indication that I do NSFW art and didn't want to catch anyone off guard. But I've confirmed that it's not going to catch anyone off guard so ?♂️ bring on the NSFW I guess
